The new office building for precast concrete company Nauhria complements their new factory located in Hunua Road. The project showcases their specialised concrete pre-casting and milling techniques throughout the interior and exterior spaces. The exterior envelope is conceptually derived from the fissures inherently found in precast concrete, emphasizing the angles and shapes created.

The clients design brief for the office was to keep it light, spacious, comfortable and modern. The interior space was driven by our key feature of a bridge on the upper level to create an atrium space near the entry and open staircase towards the rear waiting area. The bridge offered a natural separation of work spaces that suited the client’s specialised teams.
