Development of a new Refuse Transfer Station with separate Office Building to meet the challenging demands of a commercial waste facility. Tenant requirements driven by specific site facility operations and health & safety procedures were integrated during the design process.

Site contours were challenging and influenced the site design, position and orientation of the Refuse Transfer and Office buildings.

Careful coordination was required during the design stages with Third party industrial equipment suppliers for Waste Compactor machines and Weighbridges.
